Yes , we can specify number of Vusers for the rendezvous point by enabling/disabling the Vusers…the path to do that would be
load runner>applications>controller>(the script which has rendezvous point)> scenario > rendezvous > in rendezvous information just enable / disable the users

Hi Users,
I have a scenario for 1500 Users and I wanted to create a rendzvous point for some transactions and only 500 Vusers will hit the that transaction at the same time.

Can we specify Number of Vuser for Rendzvous point on loadrunner.

I am old in VUgen and Loadrunner, with the connection and BSM. Loadrunner is alos used in BAC/Topaz.
I can correlate the prameters in the VUgen through Automatic correlation.
my concern is:
How to find the data that need correlation manually, if we do not want automatic or VUgen Scanning for Dynamic data.

Can anybody help in details;

He was referring to Runtime settings – even if you select “As Recorded” under Think Time in runtime settings, it will ignore (think time =- 0)

By the way, the author is wrong. If you use above settings, it will work as selected. I tried it in LR 8.0, 9.0, 9.1, 9.5

In order to make a Loadrunner license purchasing decision, I understand that one needs to provide number of Controllers and number of Vusers.

Now, how do we decide on how many controllers are required?
Can we use 1 controller with any number of Vusers.
We may need vusers of different protocol mix like .Net / Database / SOA / Web and Multimedia.
